Vistaro Terms & Conditions

Vistaro is a paid Mac app for viewing media in your Finder folders and comparing two versions of an image folder. These terms explain the product and purchase in plain language. The license shown by Apple when you obtain the app also applies. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. The app and its limits
Vistaro lets you open supported images, video and local audio from files or folders you choose. It can play still images automatically across subfolders and present media full screen. Compare Folders pairs PNG and JPEG images at the same relative path in two selected folders, compares decoded image pixels and dimensions, and lists changed, added and removed images. It does not currently compare video, identify renamed or moved images as the same file, or open PDF or SVG as viewing formats. Results are a review aid; inspect important changes yourself before relying on them.
2. Your files and privacy
Viewing and comparison run on your Mac. Vistaro does not require an account or upload your media to AuraBridge Systems. Folder comparison is read-only and does not modify your source images. The app may save local preferences and review decisions, and you can choose where to export a report. If your selected folder is already synced by iCloud Drive or another provider, that provider's settings control its own copy. See the Vistaro Privacy Policy for more detail.
3. Purchase, price and refunds
Vistaro is sold as a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store; there is no Vistaro subscription for core use. Apple displays the price, currency, taxes and purchase terms that apply to your region before you buy. Apple processes the payment and delivers the app and available updates. For a billing question or refund request, use Apple Billing Support. Apple determines refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
4. App license
The license agreement presented by Apple for your App Store purchase governs use of the downloaded app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless Apple presents a custom license for Vistaro. These website terms are product information and do not replace that app license.
5. Your use of media
You are responsible for having permission to open, present, export or share the media you select. Keep backups of important files and check comparison results before using them to make a business or creative decision. Your use of another app or sync service remains subject to that provider's terms.
6. Changes and support
We may update Vistaro and these terms as the product changes. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will appear on this page. For questions about the app, contact hello@aurabridgesystems.in.
